Hey gang! It has been a while...  anywho, we have officially settled into our Washington, DC digs. We look forward to many visitors... wink, wink, nudge, nudge. Any who, wanted to share some pictures of our adventures to date... ENJOY!

Me posing in front of the 44th President of the United States... wait... what? He's not the 44th President? Well, that's what the security guard told me when he took this picture. So, who's wrong? You or the security curator at the Smithsonian? Yeah! That's what I thought!

It snowed in Washington! FUN FUN! I know (groans from the Erie-ites). Our dogs LOVED it! By the way, Jack (the pug) is new. Teddy (the bischon) is not new, but his blue inflattable coller is... it keeps him safe, in case the Potomac rises and DC falls into the Atlantic. Safety first, Teddy. SAFETY FIRST!

Apparently, this guy is the 44th President of the United States. Who knew? Why are we not there? Because we are sane, and, from our HD vantage point, we technically were as close to the President as those freezing their "doopas" (technical term... look it up!) off at the Lincoln Memorial.

Finally, I turned 30. Wooo... hooo... ah, sad. NOT REALLY! I feel amazing! Anywho, surprise birthday trip ala my beautiful wife, family and friends to ERIE, PA! It was awesome and I appreciate everyone who was able to make it! Wicked cold (expected) and wicked snow (expected), but The Beast (my FJ Cruiser) performed beautifully! Good times ALL AROUND!
